My mom's would be Pirates of the Caribbean, and actually my whole family likes it, but when they built Splash Mountain at Disney World it became my favorite. I always liked rides where you get splashed!

I voted for POC because it's my favorite classic Disney ride. The theming and storytelling are just fantastic and you really feel like you've entered a different world, especially during the battle sequence at the beginning of the ride. There's so much detail, you can find something new each time you ride.

I had to vote POTC just because it is the best themed ride of those mentioned. But I must say I liked RnR and Splash theming too. I may have been tempted to vote Soarin' if it was on the list. There is nothing else like it, and the first time it's a really unique experience.

Hey! I'd have to say that pirates is my all time favorite ride. Being a pirates purist it makes me worry about what they are doing inside pirates right now. But one can only hope that it is a great out come. I'm sure if Walt were still around he would have liked the idea, because it was Mr. Disney who said that as long as there is still imagination left in the world, Disneyland will never be finished. Or something of that nature. I don't know the exact quote. Sorry if I slaughtered it. Tower of Terror is my second best ride. Just thought I would add that in.
I do stuff sometimes.

It's a tie for me between POTC and Haunted Mansion. I voted for Haunted Mansion though. Can't wait for POTC to open back up.

You've started a debate in my house. At the dinner table I mentioned this question and all I said was "that's easy, PoC has got to be the best ride". My DW said, "honey Haunted Mansion is a better story, not by much, but it is better". My DS2 both had their own oppions DS1 is a splash mountain fan and couldn't believe anybody could even pick another ride. DS2 thought we were all just crazy out of our minds that we could even think anything but space mountian!! The debate still rages and we haven't even started talking about anything outside of MK!

Ilove the Rock n Roler coaster but Splash Mountain is right up there with that one, But if i had to go back it would be the old version of journey into imagination i loved the ship that dream finder flew on

Now if I could go back.... It would be the jungle Cruise!! My parents took me to WDW in 1974 and I remember how much I loved that ride!! As a 14 year old it justed seemed to real!!
Does anyone eles remember the Haunted Mansion having more background noises??

You were 14 in 1974? Hehehe I was 2! Hehehe ;) My vote would be Haunted Mansion... though it's a REAL close match b/w That and Pirates.
