If you look to the left of the entrance to Soarin' you'll see a counter that looks like one you'd see at an airport, kinda. Behind that wall is is the whole Kitchen Kabaret/Food Rocks stage and seating (maybe not the seats or animatronics but most of it is still there).
The theater is still there?
I loved KK and Food Rocks. Cheesy, yes, but fun.
In a way it still is. Most of the props have been taken out but the stage still has some stuff left from it's Food Rocks days.
What I wouldn't give to be able to have a few minutes in there to take some photos!!

Meh. Amy, from the pictures I've seen, it isn't worth being caught and being blacklisted for trespassing. Yes, guests backstage, not on an official tour, is considered trespassing.

On topic: MadEye is right, Amy. Disney does not take kindly to guest wandering off where they are not suppose to be; it's guest areas only. If you're not part of the tour, then you're in trouble.

Off topic, MadEye: your username is MadEye, and yet your avatar is Lord Volde...I mean, he-who-must-not-be-named. Why not MadEye Moody?

Unless, of course you are a CM, you could just say you got lost backstage...

I like both characters and both actors who portray them in the movies (Ralph Fiennes as Lord Voldemort and Brendan Gleeson as Alastor "Mad-Eye" Moody). And I really like the picture I'm using as an avatar. :D

Good tip, but even that could maybe be a little...implausible...if you aren't working in the park in question, but in a different one

Be it on your head if you wish to dare such foolish risk - but me, I'm staying away from backstage unless I'm on an official tour...hear that, Disney management! (just in case they got the website bugged)

Yeah, I would never risk being banned for life for a quick thrill
Although I doubt the punishment would be that harsh...

Well, that's something somebody who works/worked there knows best - and I guess MadEye didn't joke about blacklisting...did he? :?

You'd be surprised. They've banned people for a lot less infringements...

So if any of you guys get banned, MadEye and I will be denying that we know you. We still want to get to go to the parks.

You won't have anything to worry about, mindflipper. They only ban the one person and not the family/party. So any one of the Marauders could get caught and the rest could still have fun the rest of the trip.

For my uncle...it is Carousel of Progress. That man sits down, the lights dim, the song starts and you can watch him fade away to the beat.

The train to Preservation Station over at the Animal Kingdom. That clicking of the wheels on the track, the pace of the train, it is just so soothing.

I imagine it's nice on the way back to Animal Kingdom proper, since it's a long walk from Preservation Station to the train station there! I'll have to try it next time:).

Actually, it didn't seem like that long of a walk. The whole train ride is deceptive about the distance involved.
