I think the little picture by the side of this post kinda lets you know what i voted for. There are so many good ones up there to choose from but there is something about stitch. He's just a great character. A lovable rogue. It's definately the best newish antimated disney film, though i agree that some of the old ones really are classics!

I think Best vs. Favorite is a valid distinction -- I had a hard time choosing between which I think is best and which is my favorite.rick2vick wrote:I thought about that. I guess you could make the argument that none of the new computer animation should be ranked against the old hand painted films (I believe The Little Mermaid was the last hand painted Disney film). They were works of art. I had considered posting two polls. One would be for your favorite Disney animated film, and the other would be for the Disney animated film that you think is the best. However I didn't do it because I know some people would think I was being redundant. For me, however, they would not be the same film. Toy Story is my favorite. The best... probably Fantasia.subsonic wrote: unfair to put CG cartoons in.
Best: Pinocchio
Favorite: Beauty and the Beast
Favorite as a kid: Peter Pan
Favorite Pixar (CG) Monsters Inc.
Does anyone have a Disney animated film that they really don't like? I can't think of any offhand...

Re: Favorite Disney Animated Movie
I had to choose Toy Story since I was thinking about the relationship between Woody and Buzz.
Reminds me of a couple of people I used to know.

Friendships are a blessing. Don't waste it on people who can't appreciate it.

I'm reviving this awful topic....
I picked Beauty and the Beast because that movie has a lot of special meanings in my life. Otherwise, I would not be able to pick...seriously
Aside from the Pixar movies which are all great, I really love Meet the Robinsons and wish it was acknowledged more often.
Also, DH and I are fans of the Fantasia movies and hope Disney continues to introduce the younger generations to classical music.

Wow...breaking open the vault!
I had to go with "other" because my favorite, Sword in the Stone, wasn't on the list. That movie has incredible music as well as magic. It inspired King Arthur's Carousel and the Sword in the Stone at the parks. It also taught me, a young boy at the time, about King Arthur and Merlin. It is probably Disney's Merlin that most people think of when they hear the name.

How old is your daughter?Mamabaminjamin wrote:I love all the movies. Right now my favorite is.... Any movie my Daughter is not in love with. She will pick 1 disnay movie and watch it for a month straight. When she has it memorized then we get a new movie.
It always amazes me how kids will watch the same thing over, and over, and over...I find myself chuckling over my nieces and nephews doing this and then I realize, I tune in to Seinfeld most nights even though I have seen the episodes over, and over, and over...

Beauty and the Beast and The Lion King would have to be my top favorites
Pixar: I would have to say Cars
Disney Label but not considered classic movies. Homeward Bound or the Angels in the Outfield, Infield, and Endzone Movies

I picked Cinderella. Gotta love that handsome prince.
