My Mom is still unhappy that we traded in our unused tickets when we went in 1983-ish. I don't know how many we had, but it would have been nice to still have them. Collecting memorabilia wasn't such a big thing then though, and receiving some money for something that had gone unused on a previous trip was definitely a good thing.

I know I have to take pictures, but we have a couple of very unique Treasures. One is a jar of SSE Roman ruins stink and another one is glitter from the Mickey arm. Don't ask how.

Hmmm, how are you going to capture the SSE Roman Ruins' stink in a photograph?!

I love that bag from the Poly! I don't think there is anything left that is not "Disney Parks" now.

It's in a bag in a bag in a bottle with a big warning on it that tells how bad it would be if you opened it. The person who gave it to us said that they weren't responsible if it broke out.

I'm just wondering how you acquired it to start with.

My guess is someone has found a way to replicate the smell using easily acquired chemicals. Sulfur isn't that difficult to obtain, and that seems to be the main ingredient in that burning smell.

Then again, someone could just go to Yellowstone and almost get the same effect. Ahhh.... hydrogen sulfide.... nothing like it.

I really like that smell. I know exactly where I am when the aroma hits me. But then again I like the smell of the diesel smoke when I am on the Walt Disney World Railroad passing though the tunnel.

A close friend who has been in a position to have such things. It's actually someone who has brought a lot of joy to "ALL" of our Disney lives. Especially our EPCOT lives. It's not who you know.....it's who you grew up with.
