For anyone who listened to the haunting Epcot Norway Area - Stave Church piece on the Request track a few minutes ago, I found a YouTube version. Sadly, it is no longer played at EPCOT.
Thought you might be interested...

I purchased this music!!!

I know!!!

The album is "Officium" by Jan Garbarek and The Hilliard Ensemble. Track #1, #8, and #15 all have the same theme, all titled "Parce Mihi Domine"

I bought it from iTunes and LOVE it. Thinking about using it for yoga.

Thanks for posting the link & the title of this music. I am going to track down the CD! I just love to recapture the EPCOT feeling at home, music is such a huge part of the feeling of a place. I am not good with accepting change anywhere! Hello Spaceship Earth --Judy Dench for Jeremy Irons? The music & dialog at the end of Jeremy Irons's SE used to be so inspiring to me, deep really, and now it's just -- "okay ride's over, what next?!"

To people who really like Disney, yes, and we do the non-riding attractions with as much enthusiasm as the riding attractions. But people who don't "get it" call them rides, and go from ride to ride to ride.

I'm guessing he is thinking of the attractions back in Dinoland. Since it is supposed to be themed to some sort of street carnival, that would make sense. Plus the carnival game booths are back there. I don't remember the CMs really acting like obnoxious carnies though.

Yeah that's what I was thinking about, too, but the dinosaur round-and-round "Dumbo" ride and the Primeval Whirl aren't carnie rides. So I couldn't think of it.

Come on!! My Aunt Virgina and Uncle John owned a traveling carnival in upstate New York when I was a kid (actually my mother drove one of the trucks for them when she was pregnant with me!! ). Triceratops spin is a Wild Mouse!! Disney bought that off of the shelf of a ride company!! Dinoland was done on the REALLY CHEAP!! Don't get me wrong, I grew up in Coney Island and I enjoy it, BUT FOR DISNEY?? No!! These are RIDES AND ARE NOT, LET ME REPEAT THAT, ARE NOT ATTRACTIONS!! They could have put Dinoland up on 192 and called it The Disney Carnival!!

It's obvious that Dinoland was something of an after-thought. "Wow, we have a great idea with the safari and animal themed areas, and such, but what else can we add that will keep people there for a full day?"

For us it's still a half day park.

We do the safari, EE, and shop, then definitely either FOTLK or FNTM. And, if ya do both... so we make it a full day with lunch, but not a long, exhausting day. There's a lot of "dead space" and we're not big on Dinoland.
