Missing the forums

Post by DisneyYorkie » Jun Mon 11, 2012 8:45 pm

Hi Everyone,

Just stopped by to say hello really quickly. I noted in a post several weeks ago that as soon as we came back from our month long Florida trip, I started a new job. Getting back to working 40 hours a week (plus an additional almost ten hours of driving a week) has been pretty crazy, considering that I'm still trying to help my husband in our real estate brokerage, helping my daughter finish up homeschool for the year PLUS get her ready for the SATs. I REALLY miss checking the forums and posting, but there just has been no extra time for anything.

I miss you all.

I am blessed in that I CAN listen to subsonic every day at work...and DO!!!!! It's what is keeping me sane, I think!!

Best to all of you,
DisneyYorkie

Yeah... what she said....
I totally agree that it hurts to not be on here as much as I'd like. And when I finally do get a few moments to check in, things have moved on so much that I almost feel like an outsider... (weeping softly to self... )
But... life must go on. Keep on rocking, my fellow Mayhem Marauders!!! 8-) :D

The company that I began working for after arriving home from our month long Florida stay is shut down for the week of 4th of July, so I have been able to check in on the forums almost every day and even managed to do some posting. Hope everyone had a great 4th of July holiday and have a great rest of the week! :)

Awwww, well we miss you here, and hopefully sometime in the future things will calm down and you can join us here on the forums again. Until then, good luck with life!

I am on the forums more than I listen. I do get to listen some in the car now that I have a charger for my phone so I can stream it, but it only works out well on my 1/2 hour+ commutes. If I'm having a rough day, I plug it in even for the 10 minute drives

I know I am so out of touch. I don't have a smartphone that can stream it, but my iPod touch can as long as I have a wifi connection, and that is getting easier and easier.
