Pretty much because I don't live in a welfare state (TN for example gets $1.27 back for every dollar in taxes they pay). :D

Has anyone else ventured out to see The Avengers? Favorite character(s)?
Is it bad to say everyone? But if I had to pick a top five, it'd be..

1. Captain America
2. Thor
3. Iron Man
4. Loki
5. Agent Coulson

Nope, it's not bad at all...
I went into the movie only really liking Iron Man, but came out of it adding Hulk to my list. :D
I'm really hoping there will be a Hulk movie with Mark Ruffalo. I'm also looking forward to the Nick Fury movie they're planning.

I know we'll end up going to see it again a some point.

You you don't see us simultaneously demanding less taxes while wanting more federal money. :D

You've got the same attitude I have... or Red Box. Way cheaper than wasting my money at the box office, that's for sure. It has to be one heck of a movie for me to pay to see anything, especially considering a 3D film at the AMC at DTD is $15.

Yeah but not enough to make a huge difference. I don't have the time anyway.

This would be me. I'd probably buy the movie to say I own it but if it's on Netflix, my laziness will kick in and I'll want to stream it rather than dig through my DVD library for the movie.

Saw the movie last week and it was fantastic! I did not read the comics but saw all the previous movies except Captain America. It was 2.5 hours, but well worth it!
