Yeah, the more "Fun" the job title is usually is also a sign of how low the worker is. If I recall, Subway calls their people "Sandwich artists".

Re: The Avengers!
It makes sense. I wouldn't expect the suits to necessarily be called CMs. I only said that because I have heard even members of DCV (Disney Character Voices) refer to themselves Disney Cast Members.mindflipper wrote:I've heard its only park/resort workers, not corporate. I don't think they would want to be confused with the "little people so far beneath them on the bottom rung of the corporate ladder"...Wizzard419 wrote:I'm almost positive it only applies to workers in the park/resort division. I know for sure DMG doesn't call themselves that.
The company I worked for that also used the term "cast member" rather than employee, referred to everyone who worked there company wide...not just in the theme park. That probably also made me think that Disney does the same.
Getting back on topic...
Has anyone else ventured out to see The Avengers? Favorite character(s)?

You should watch them if you have a chance. Each one offers an awesome back story and this one ties them all in together. A lot of character development and a few key story points might be missed without seeing the first few movies. Either way it would definitely be entertaining!!

Is it "to gaff" or "to gaffe"? Spelling can be such a niusance.Wizzard419 wrote:I'd say the lead gaffer, he can gaff(?) like no one else!
I say he gaffed better than the director directed.

Oh, no one you should worry your pretty little head about. Now head back to the kitchen.

Been hearing nothing but good things about the Avengers so far. Still think I'll wait for it to be out on DVD before I see it...if at all.
