What character would you dress like?
So, the subject was broached in another thread, and mindflipper had the excellent idea of posing this very question. Which character would you dress up as if you were attending a convention where dressing up was encouraged? It doesn't have to be a Disney character, but it might be nice to also include a Disney character if you had to go dressed as a Disney character!
I would love to attend a convention as Beaker ~ crazy orange hair and all!

Actually, I saw all three last weekend at Megacon. I think I would like to do for something that most people would not do...
...how about the Phantom from DLP's Phantom Manor?

Alice in Wonderland. Or the bride from the attic scene in HM.
Re: What character would you dress like?
As much as I'd love to go as the dashing Flynn Rider, I have a sneaky suspicion my girlfriend wants me to go as Gus from Cinderella.
Of course, I do have a replica Indiana Jones outfit, but I wear that all the time; I don't think that counts.

Given my body type, I would go as Pooh.

Someone may have done it, costume geeks pride themselves on the more obscure crap.mindflipper wrote:Actually, I saw all three last weekend at Megacon. I think I would like to do for something that most people would not do...

Re: What character would you dress like?
There was a woman who pulled off the attic bride very well at the D23 Expo...her spouse(?) was the caretaker...I have a pic whenever I find the rest of those pics. They kinda got lost in the shuffle from the move.
NaCler, you'd make a cute Pooh Bear, but i'm surprised you didn't say Duffy though!
Wizz, thank you. I will now have nightmares of Wonder Woman
As far as dress up characters go, I'm not sure who I'd dress up as, but I agree with mindflipper...I like the idea of something on the obscure side. I'd want to do something that makes people go "Wow! I haven't seen that in ages!" (although if I could pull it off, a Madame Leota would be awesome)
Cbog40 is sitting next to me and he said his non-Disney character would be a Stormtrooper for sure! But doesn't know what Disney character he would like.
We were going to go to the Halloween party at DL last year dressed as Jack and Sally...
Amy, It would be sweet if a bunch of us banded together and dressed a bunch of Muppets! Cbog40 claims Animal (though I think he would make a perfect Dr. Bunsen Honeydew ). Maybe I'd like to be Janice (like, fer sure)...or Gonzo
...or we could both be Waldorf and Statler...
I'm very indecicive tonight...

Re: What character would you dress like?
Hmm... I would probably dress very Jasmine-like, probably because the layers and colors are closest to how I actually dress. And when you have to think about which Disney princess you realistically dress the most like, you know you own too many corsets and puffy dresses. Also, I would LOVE to be Goofy. Goofy WAS my childhood, and will always hold a special place in my heart
"They say the neon lights are bright on Broadway..."
The only two places I will ever need to be are Manhattan and Disney World.
