Well yes, he is a clownfish. but I dont have a salt water setup, hehe
Ahhh...yes. I just visit the saltwater fishies at the store. Too expensive and time consuming (not to mention expensive) for me!

Yeah a friend of mine had a salt water aquarium once.. it was a bear to keep up.. had to be real careful about the salinity and cleanliness and all that stuff.

My mechanic's wife has a big saltwater tank at the garage. She is really careful and fastidious about taking care of the tank. (They also have one at home I guess) A few oil changes ago, I walked in and the tank was empty. Even with all her careful care, something happened that killed all of the fish and critters in the tank, except for 2 snails. It was very sad :( So I don't know that I would ever even want to try to have a tank  The salt water creatures are really cool though. I would love to have a jelly fish tank one day! But those are probably 10 times worse than taking care of a salt water aquarium

I've had a few Saltwater fish tanks. The funny thing is the larger they are the easier the up keep. Once you get them stable they aren't that bad. A lot of keeping them stable is where you place them. away from outside light, AC/heat vents, and some where that is quiet. I still like freshwater tanks better. Since I now have six rescue cats, I don't have a fish tank.

But if you had a fish tank, then the kitties would have something to keep them entertained...and fed ;)

Yea!! That's the problem. I don't think Baloo would like it very much if I put out that kind of money for kittie feed!!Image

Just put a lid on it, then it's like they have their own TV channel.

I've seen cats figure out how to get in closed closets. A lid is no defense, it's just something else for them to figure out.

What is your pets name and where did you get the name??
That is super funny. I had a male kitten that we got soon after the Lion King came out and we named him Simba (he has since passed away). We got a female a few years later and named her Nala.

We also have a black cat named Maleficent, after my fiance's favorite Disney character.
WOW!!! That is funny  :)
