Disney Auditions

I haven't seen much discussions about Disney auditions, so I think it will be best if I start one. Has anyone had participated in a Disney audition can share their experiences here.

Is that actual performace auditions or is that code for just normal interviews?
If it's questions about interviews you might want to check places like glassdoor, people will post reviews on interviews there.

Good question! I have interviewed a few times at WDW, but never auditioned for a musical role, or dancer, etc...
Thanks for the hint on glassdoor Wizz, I'll have to check that out.

Sorry for the misunderstanding, I mean the actual performance for example being a character performer.
