I had that same reaction. It looks great, though.

Wahlen is like the 2nd most popular artist that Mondo has since his work normally sells out in less than 2 mins (I got mine ).

They are already on ebay but I suggest waiting about 3 weeks before you buy so that the crazy bidding stops. Just search for Tom Whalen Monster's Inc and you'll find sellers.

If you're looking for a price point the total cost was $60 (45 for the poster and they charge 15 to ship it via fedex)

15 for shipping? That's insane.

Oh I checked it's $14, the reason that it costs so much is the tube costs about $4 a tube (it's the largest and strongest shipping tube you can buy by the case rather than those bad triangle tubes) and about $8 for shipping since it's larger than 12 inches (that's what she said ) and rolling it up in acid free paper, packing, etc. So it's not that overpriced.

Though I wish they would stop labeling the tube as "free" on the reciepts.
