Pixar Movie Ranking

Post by MmeLeota » Jun Fri 24, 2011 1:58 pm

A couple of days ago, found this article and thought it might make an interesting topic:
http://movies.msn.com/ranking-pixar-mov ... ?GT1=31060

Your mission should you choose to accept it: Rank the 11 current Pixar films. It won't be easy...

I'll give it a shot here, but let me preface by saying I love all of the Pixar movies, but some I seem to like more than others (Please note: I have tried doing this before and my list tends to change around a bit from time to time...this is my current ranking):

11. A Bug's Life
10. The Incredibles
9. Finding Nemo
8. Monsters Inc.
7. Cars
6. Toy Story 2
5. Toy Story
4. Ratatouille
3. Wall-E
2. Toy Story 3
1. UP

11. A Bug's Life
10. Monsters Inc.
9. Toy Story 3
8. Cars
7. Ratatouille
6. The Incredibles
5. Finding Nemo
4. UP
3. Toy Story
2. Wall-E
1. Toy Story 2

It's hard to really rank them since I loved them all but it would be in ranking of what I'd want to watch more. If a Pixar movie is on, I will watch it no matter where it's at in the film.

I know. I always think that I don't enjoy sitting and watching an animated movie, but then when the opportunity presents itself, I do end up enjoying the movie. My bigger problem is sitting still for that long without doing something else

...or just finding the spare time. I didn't see Ratatouille until it came on TV. Waiting for UP to show up soon too...

Ah Up, the movie that shows you can't have fun until your wife dies. :D

I liked the Rocketeer better.

I really loved the Rocketeer to the point where I bought it for cheap from Amazon.

But UP was a PIXAR movie, the Rocketeer was NOT.

Follow the link, it's a "What if Pixar made the rocketeer" short that was just released by someone.

8. Ratatouille
7. Cars
6. Toy Story
5. Toy Story 3
4. Up
3. A Bug's Life
2. Finding Nemo
