This is why all of you need to become CMs and save yourself this insanity every vacation!
Next time I go, can I be a member of your family?
Absolutely! I get my next batch of free tickets in December... I already used up this year's.
Oooo! Me too?!
Do you have unlimited passes for your family now as a seasonal CM (that's your designation right?) or a set number of passes you may use for them during the year?

I'll get 6 free tickets and then another Main Entrance Pass good for 3 people, 6 visits. So in other words, 6 times a year, 3 people can get in free on my little blue pass. When I go full-time, the numbers double (12 times a year and then... hmmm. I don't know how many complimentary tickets).

Do the three people have to be with you to get in free? And then the other six tickets you can simply give to people? I know they explained this all to me when I interviewed, but that has been a long time ago now

When I got into WDW MK free through a CM, the CM had to be there in order to get you in. That was some time ago though. Things could have changed since then.

Only if you're getting in on the CM's Main Entrance Pass, because they have to scan our IDs along with it. The complimentary tickets we receive, we print them off the employee site and give them to whoever we want.

Now that the tickets have increased, I'm wondering if my mom will want to renew our passes when we're up to renew by December. I think she's been doing the monthly payments for our current ones but we'll see what she decides. If not then I'm not too worried; I went on The Little Mermaid and Star Tours so I'm not complaining.

LOL, things have changed - when I did got in, she showed them her badge and we had to manually sign our names on sheet in a clipboard!

It's not that great of an increase is it? Especially if you are able to spread the cost over the entire year, I wouldn't think it would make a big difference.

I'm pretty sure that's what we had to do too. But the CM only had to be there when we entered the parks for the first time that day. Once we had our actual ticket, we could hop to our hearts content...which was great since our CM escort (aka family members) had to go to work!

Nope, no ticket. Just signed in on the clipboard and went in. No ticket, but that was long ago before Fast Pass.

I was looking on the Micechat site about the latest price increase and there was something I've never seen before. Anyone know what a premier passport is? I have never even heard of anything above premium. This is what I saw in the chart:
Premier Annual Passport $749 $700 Up $49

That's the pass that lets you go to both WDW and DLR. The only reason Disney keeps raising prices is because we keep going. Disney raises prices and attendance still stays strong.

As Jacca said it combines a full WDW premium and a DLR premium and you also get all the benefits/stuff of both. I'm surprised you've not heard of it since they pimped it like crazy when it first came out. I looked into it (still trying to get on the military projects that would send me to orlando every month) and for DLR passholders they apparently have to come in and get the finger measurements and so forth.

The popular term is "biometrics".
