Subsonic Radio

Ok. There's a piece of music that's played here and on dtunes that absolutely rocks me. It's probably a background piece at the fountain or innovations...most probably somewhere at EPCOT. It starts off with handbells...a very tinny sound. My mind's eye can see lights or even water jets being set to it. This music INSTANTLY takes me to a feeling of just being tired, as if you're on your last day of vacation, and you're exhausted, not wanting it to end. Personally, it makes me cry nearly every single time, and I don't know why.

I know this is vague, but if you might even have a guess, I'd be willing to follow your lead.

You mean the fountain in future world that is between spaceship earth and world showcase lagoon? That's the Fountain of Nations (you can check google for the various music) you may also be hearing the innoventions area music but they don't have handbells.

I know it's not the Tapestry of Nations music. AHHHHHHHH! It's going to make me insane! LOL

I hear it frequently on dtunes, but of course, there is no menu for what song you're hearing if it's not on the mickey server.

Yes, that's why I said "Fountain", not tapestry.

The Fountain of Nations is located in Future World area, behind Spaceship Earth and in between the two halves of Innoventions/Communicore. There's various music that's played while fountain has its water show.

I can't think of the name, but is it from the parade they had at EPCOT with the clocks??

Jacca, the only parade that was in EPCOT is Tapestry of nations/dreams... Unless my Disney history is not right.

I am starting to think that is either fountain of nations or inventions areausic. Seems very familiar to me.

They've had various crappy mini parades as well for Epcot, but the tapestry one is the only full scale parade.

He's right - there was a parade that had floats with large inflatable Disney Characters. The characters had various cultural outfits on.

Most of the mini parades were sparked when they realized that EPCOT was not a crowd pleaser and they started putting characters in, leading to the eventual change to Epcot.

I am going to youtube now to see if it is innoventions...

I just reread my OP...I don't mean to imply that I did see it there (hear it, rather). The tempo just lends itself to music or lights.

Thank you for helping me. If I end up at EPCOT this week it will be just to sit near speakers in different zones...this is maddening!!! LOL

If it helps, it's not at all elaborate. I'm listening right now to Innoventions -- Plaza Suite, Global Neighborhood...The piece I'm looking for has a similar understated tone
