I love hearing stories about DL and sometimes its fun to hear about how people can ruin their visits and sometimes others by not thinking. So name a few of your experiences. One of mine is this one family was in line with us in the line for BTMRR and we had our FP's and this family sends up their 5 year old kid to the front of the line and the rest of the family plowed their way through the line all the way up to the station. Although I was annoyed the ride made up for it.

I am always amazed at the herd mentality of guests. Although since fastpass there aren't as many attractions with dual/divided side-by-side queues, I can think of lots of times when people will all line up on one side while the other side is wide open.

That's the herd mentality, I love that since I can then jump in the other line with a shorter wait.

Herd mentality still works wonders at the quick serve/snack locations at WDW. I would assume the same would be true for DLR. It is truly fascinating to see how people all seem to follow one another and nobody ever wants to lead.

That is so true, Len. I get a warped sense of satisfaction when I walk up to the empty side of a register and become next in line. It makes me feel like a VIP.

I have an uncle who taught me the usual route of the crowds of DLR because he used to live a few blocks away. So I tried his strategy and we finished all the major rides at 6:00 PM from opening

When it gets dark, it's amazing how after the fireworks or Fantasmic that everyone is in such a rush to move away from that area. People need to slow down and not push, especially with all the little kids trying to move with everyone.

I love it when everybody rushes toward the exit after illuminations. I just take a lazy stroll around world showcase lagoon and enjoy the music, by the time I'm done the bus crowd are already gone.

Yes I agree, the last hour and a half after fireworks is complete and total ghost town! Its a totally different feel.

Seems to me that opening Disney trash cans is rocket science. I can't recall how many times I've seen people perplexed at cans and hit the sides, trying to shove in their trash into the wall. Don't get me started on recycling cans.
