Amy, you aren't alone! I have a lot of trouble deciphering a lot of the Mansion dialogue.

Song-wise, I could never figure out some of what Mrs. Potts is saying in Be Our Guest. Instead of the actual lyrics (which I just now finally looked up), I hear what's in parenthesis:

With dessert, she'll want tea (With de-soot, she'll motif)
...
I'll get warm, piping hot (I'll get warm, I've been hot)
Heaven's sakes! Is that a spot?
Clean it up! We want the company impressed (unintelligible... with all the company in France)


Ditto for the WDW commercials that use One Republic's Good Life. Half of that song, I seriously have no idea what they are saying. And yet that was still my favorite song from 2011. For example...

I should hear: "I say, Oh, got this feeling that you can't fight, Like this city is on fire tonight."
Instead, I hear: "I say, Oh, this feeling that you can't fight, this city is a bad night."

I should also hear: "'Cause hopelessly, the hope is we have so much to feel good about."
Instead, I hear: "'Cause hopelessly, to hopeless we have so much to feel good about."

Allegedly my hearing is excellent, believe it or not.
