Ummm is anyone else freaking out that in 2011 Fantasia and Fantasia 2000 are coming to Blu-Ray as a combo?? I am so excited!!!

I have both on DVD, I'm not going blue-ray, I'm waiting for the next stage in technology. I wasn't all that impressed with 2000.

I AM!!! The've been talking about this for over 2 years. Can't wait for the original, but agree that 2000 wasn't up to par. They should just release the first one.

I don't have a blue ray but I would be interested in having both movies on one DVD.

There is already a new tech it's called "Red Ray" It's made by the Oakley who made the Red Camera, used in District 9, Lovely Bones, Knowing, and a bunch of other films. I don't expect it to go really main stream tho. I would expect Blu-ray and 3D Blu-ray to stay for a while.

I've never seen Fantasia 2000 I don't think? Was it any good?

When are they releasing?

We loved both Fantasia movies! I'm hoping that some of the pieces that didn't make it into the original movies are extras on the DVD. Mainly "Destino"...we've seen it a twice now and each time seems to get better.

I love both movies and I watch them often on my VCR
I bet Blu-Ray would be awesome!

I know my sister will want it if we had a BluRay player.
