Ok so Disney is working on a film entitled "Magic Kingdom" that would basically be like Night at the Museum but inside Disneyland!

This seems like a very cool idea to me!

Not a lot of info there but a movie filmed inside DL would be interesting...probably.

Ya I couldn't find a ton of information on it. It's kinda like Disney bought the script but isn't putting much behind it right now because they have so many other projects to work on.

Hopefully it really isn't a ripoff of another movie, or at least lets hope it's better. Also, for the love of god lets hope there is no CGI Walt ghosts, when they did it to Orville Redenbocker that was creepy enough.

It sounds like a fun idea. I would love to see them film "the Kingdom Keepers".

I'm more scared if they make Walt come to life from the Friends statue in the middle of the park.

Other than that, I will withhold judgement.

I haven't read the "Kingdom Keepers" books yet, but I think if they were to make a movie along those lines, it could be kinda cool. Since there's not really any info on it and it's low on the production list, like Len, I will withhold judgement.

....to me, the scariest part of that article is the fact that there's going to be a Jungle Cruise movie (I'm kinda tired of every attraction needing to have some sort of movie tie-in...)

Disney has been talking about a Jungle Cruise movie since they started filming Pirates. I don't think Disney can just have an attraction that doesn't have a movie or property tie in any more. Coming to a Disney park near you Wizards of Waverly Place Haunted Mansion and Hannah Montana's Wild Adventure!

Regardless if the movie is good or not, Disney sees this as a HUGE box office opportunity. Think about, a movie called about Disneyland... I've dreamed of a movie like that since I was little.

If its going to be anything like Kingdom Keepers, I'm already super excited!

Given that POTC and HM are their own separate film franchises - how would these attractions be represented in the film? Based on the films, or the rides?

They could always buy it and shelve the project like they did with Tomorrowland.
