Ahhh... THOSE Beatles. I'm sure when the Beatles first came out, they were the "Jonas Brothers" of their time. (You like that transition back to the topic, eh?) A lot of the older folk didn't like them because of the style of music and their appearance. That's exactly why a lot of older peoples no likey the Jonas Brothers. I unfortunately have to put myself in this older grouping as well.

and Jacca... LW could play a mean clarinet! haha...

I didn't mean the Jonas Bros are as talented, I meant the perception of the Beatles when they first started was about the same as what we think about the Jo Bros. But I wouldn't know, I wasn't around when they started and I don't really care for the Beatles except for a couple of songs.

Just a funny thought - four decades from now, I can people going on about the "legendary" Jonas Brothers and their "contribution to the music that changed the world forever". They will have the exalted status then that the Beatles have now.

I highly doubt 40 years from now the jonas brothers will be cared about. The trend right now are short lived bands that do really well but only for a couple years at most.
