I have been awaiting the arrival of this. I have yet to get my email for when it was to become available. Also, they must have stopped allowing downloads of it for the time being. It is not allowing me to download it.

I posted the e-mail I got.
When I received the e-mail, I downloaded the widget immediately. Next day when I re-booted, a message came up on the widget, "We're sorry. Check back soon for new messages." The message dissapeared and everything on the widget was working as the day I downloaded it. I have turn the computer on and off just to check, and the same thing happens. The message, then no message, then a full functioning widget. I don't get it? Maybe I am part of a "trial run".

It's funny because I was looking into designing a few desktop apps for my company and other projects then I see an e-mail about the Disney one. It was odd timing. lol

Does anyone know if they are allowing downloads again of this widget? I had heard about it, but didn't get a chance to download it.

I personally don't put anything on my computer where a company can get a foothold.

I just downloaded it and it is really cool. It tries to help with vacation planning, but I don't know how much it can help seasoned veterans like us!

Maybe you and Mouseoholic can offer the company some advice!

So I accidentally launched my Vacation Connection App this evening and I got a message that it is no more. Apparently Disney stopped maintaining it and it will no longer work when you launch it. All it does now is give you instructions on how to remove. Very saddening...

Wow...I had all but forgotten about this app! I still have it on my computer at home...guess I'll have to uninstall it now.
