If in the wrong forum, please move it. Figured since ABC is owned by Disney...
Anyway, read this and wallow in the stupidity...

I'm sure she signed a full disclosure agreement or something along those lines that said she accepted whatever would be aired, so she won't be getting a dime.
Maybe it's just me but doesn't that seem just like a desperate attempt to get people talking about her on a national level?

Wow like it has been said in another thread, people will sue for anything. I really hope no jury will award her any money.

Well, Len90, she would stand a chance if she really did have a "jury of her peers", but I am hoping that's she's truely "one in a million".

"Insert rimshot" Awesome job mindflipper on that one. I just can't believe the foolishness of this whole situation. I honestly think anything that she said on that episode is fully self-incriminating

If she said it in front of a camera, then she must have known that it was going to be shown at some point in time. I also don't think that she has a leg to stand on, BUT the legal process has shocked me MANY times.

My favorite part is this line:
"...since the airing she has had to transfer schools in upstate New York and has gone from the honor roll to being a special education student"
Wow

He/she was thinking that the check for the hefty, non-refundable retainer had better clear.

Ha! They let the world know that her mother was doing her homework. I want to know how she was an honor roll student. Did her mother attend her classes and take her tests, too?

YIKES!!! That "princess" is going to have a rude awakening someday. I don't think they have a leg to stand on. Like said on here, if she said it in front of the camera.....
