Well Disney finally released a new iPhone application. I just downloaded it on my phone and it seems interesting. Anybody else have any opinions about it.

Actually, they a WDW dining app that lets you look at menus and make reservations for your fave WDW restaurants. Have you downloaded that app?

I've seen quite a few Disney apps but I'm still debating on purchasing.

This is a free application. I have seen the dining application, but never downloaded it since I have not had a use for it yet. Also all the dining applications I have seen are not free.

Yeah, I've seen quite a few that are paid ones and very few are free so it's good to see this one is free.

The dining app for Disneyland is a separate app from WDW. Honestly, I don't have an Iphone (don't gasp) so I do not know how much it cost, if there's any cost at all. I saw it on TV and a friend of mine who has Iphone sawed me the WDW app as well.

my favorite ipod apps for disney are Toy Story Mania (like having the ride in your pocket), walt disney world trivia and Walt Disney World Maps Box Set. There are some good apps for both disneyland and disney world but if your like me and only have a ipod instead of an iphone many require internet access especially to do with ride wait times.

I have the wait time app for both WDW and DL on my iphone so I can "visit" my favorite attractions when I am stuck in line in frozen Michigan! Both of the apps I have were free and the one has the Matterhorn cam so I can look over the park too :mickey3: sigh...

I currently have only the WDW wait times app on my phone. It is always fun to see how I would plan my day around the park according to these wait times. I guess it could be considered practice for when you are actually at the parks.

Personally...I like the Lines application from TouringPlans.com better than the wait times app. I have both, but like this one better. It gives you suggestions for which park(s) to visit and not visit on a particular day up to 10 days out. It does a good job of estimating current and future wait times as well.
