A man is accused of fondling a woman while swimming in the wave pool at Walt Disney World's Typhoon Lagoon water park, according to Orange County Sheriff's Office.
Caesar Pinto, 19, of Fort Lauderdale, was charged with sexual battery. He also was issued a trespassing warning, which bars him from Disney properties.
The incident occurred Sunday at the water park shortly after 3:30 p.m.
A 30-year-old woman told investigators that she was in the wave pool when she felt someone grab her bikini and fondle her. She through at first it was accident so kept an eye on the man.
When another wave came, she saw the suspect swim toward her with his arms extended. Before he could touch her, she kicked him away and yelled at him, according to an arrest report.
The woman -- whose name was not released -- reported the incident to Disney officials. A park security officer watched Pinto in the changing area until deputies arrived.
Deputies stopped him as he headed out of the park. Pinto, who was there with his mother, had a white towel covering his head and shoulders, according to arrest report.
"This arrest sends a clear message that this behavior will not be tolerated here," said Disney spokeswoman Zoraya Suarez. "We continue to maintain law enforcement and security presents to deter this behavior."
