i'm looking for a good, high quality, hi resolution version picture of the lady walking the tightrope above the alligator/crocodile in the stretching room of the haunted mansion. i'm wanting to get this tattooed on my leg, and need a very good copy of it to take to my tattoo artist. i've searched google images, and found a few, and even found a few photos of it tattooed on people, but i'm not comfortable enough with the quality of the image when i print it out. too small, to pixely, etc. can anyone help?

well i found a good copy of it finally. my appointment was last night. here's the first session, just the black and grey work. almost three hours in the chair! when it's healed up, i'll go back for the color. i'm pretty pleased with it so far. the artist even put a hidden mickey in it for me. it's a little hard to see in this photo, but it's in the water.

WOW!!! Is the hidden Mickey the water rings around the aligator? You'll have to post the final product. This is probably a silly question...since I have no tattoos, just wondering...doesn't that hurt?! Cool tattoo though!

yeah, the mickey is the water rings around the gator. the big one directly around him is the head, and then the two ears on top of that.
yes, it hurt, lol. once this heals though, and i put the color on top of it all, that will hurt much worse! totally worth it though. i didn't want to get a stereotypical disney tattoo, like of mickey, or something like that. i wanted it to be more obscure, but still be very disney to those that know, but at the same time, be a really interesting tattoo by itself to those that don't "know".
also, it's on my right leg, on the calf, since you can't really tell where it is by that photo.

That is one amazing tat! About the only way I would ever get a tat is if I were knocked out first...I'm such a wimp!

I definitely would never do that, but that is really cool! It looks really nice and I can't wait to see the final product.

brye wrote:finished the second session of my tattoo last night. still have to go back for a third once this session is fully healed, to get the dress detail done, and all the blue sky in the background done, and some cleanup/detail work on the face, etc. but i'm pretty pleased with the artist's work so far.

I went ahead and combined everything so you can see the progress. I don't think I would be able to endure the pain that this probably took, but I think the result was well worth it.
