I was about to post something too. It's my birthday also, so I usually like to acknowledge the Mouse's too. I think it helps justify my slight obsession with all things Disney.

My girlfriend just made me a blanket that has classic Mickey and Minnie all over it. She knows the way to my heart...and she should as much as I talk about Disney!

I have this blanket of baby Mickey and Minnie that I've kept since I was a baby and even though it's tattered and torn, I am not going to get rid of it.

When I did Dive Quest on this past visit to WDW, I noticed on the calendar they had behind the scenes in DQ, it had "Happy Birthday Mickey" on today's date!!! It's also my Anniversary!!! Two years! Two special occaisons today!

It was great to see my Economics professor recognized this holiday. He showed the first few minutes of Steamboat Willie before he started lecture.

I wish I had had professors like that! All of mine who actually mentioned it railed on Disney, essentially saying they were above it all and better than anything Walt Disney could've come up with. :roll:

You know what they say about some professors... legends in their own minds! :lol:
