Now I'm sure all of you have looked for 'hidden mickeys' at some point and have discussed them.
My friend was telling me about a hidden mickey on big thunder mountain- somewhere in the cue area, but we can never find it. does anyone know where it is, or even if there is one?
oh and feel free to discuss your 'hidden mickey' experiences.

Haven't heard of that one. So many hidden Mickeys, so little time!

The hidden mickey for Big Thunder Mountain is not in the queue area. It is actually in the attraction itself. It is on the first lift, or A Lift (right before the goat.)
There seems to be some mass confusion (in general) as to what qualifies as a Hidden Mickey. These trademarks are actually designed and planned into the blueprints of the attractions and restaraunts. Shadows and cracks in the bricks and walls do not usually count.
Does anyone know where indy's are? There are more than one.

Wow, resurrection! Thanks for the info- I totally forgot I started this thread. I wish Disneyland would come out with a Hidden Mickey book.
As for the Hidden Mickeys on Indiana, I have no clue.

Even with a DLR Annual Pass, the most hidden mickeys I have ever found are two (The Haunted Mansion plates in the ballroom, and the murals on Mulholland Madness over at DCA).
I blame the fact that I have a terrible time looking for these even with my contacts!
But for now, peruse this site for all your hidden mickey needs.
Hidden Mickeys!
Disclaimer: The site hasn't been updated for Buzz Lightyear's Astro Blasters, and some reports may be hoaxes!

Thanks for the link. Actually I've been to that site before, but lost the link. Still I would like something official.
And yeah, I can't remember seeing any Hidden Mickeys other than the ones you mentioned. Oh, but isn't there a whole picture of Mickey Mouse on one of the rides?

Next time you go on Soarin' Over California at DCA, look closely at the golf ball as it comes flying towards you...

I don't look for hidden mickeys. If I happen to see one when I'm simply looking at atmosphere and whatnot it's really nice. "Oh, hey, a hidden mickey"

I heard that the plates in HM are not a true Hidden Mickey, as it's not one that the Imagineers had planned out. It's something that the ride engineers/CMs keep doing each time new dust/cobwebs are added/changed out.

Besides attractions, it actually bothers me how everybody thinks stuff is a hidden Mickey. It's such a generic pattern. Heck, I just looked around the office and saw three cups in the Mickey pattern. I don't like how they waste pages in the Disney Magazine of people's pictues of toast in a Mickey pattern.

Okay now aren't most of these in the park? Wouldn't you expect the MM logo all around? Its not like there is any hidden Bugs Bunnies in the park. Now if I were to go to Disneyland and found some hidden Bugs than I would be like WOW I wonder if there are more. Just like you don't go to Magic Mountain and find hidden Mickey.

I Know that what I'm saying is wouldn't it be expected of Disney to have hidden things thought its company. Example: in Aladdin (the movie) didn't the king have figurines that he played with and in those there was one from the lion king. Its simple the company does that almost every company does that. It’s like cameos from actors or actresses that may have played in the TV show and are now making special appearances in the movie. I’m just saying why has the hidden Mickey craze gotten so big?
