Rapunzel, Rapunzel, let down your hair

Has anyone heard news about this upcoming hand animated movie? Looks like it's set to be realeased in 2009, so a long ways off. Originally it was going to be fairly similar to Shrek, but has been retooled to be much more like the original story with soft animation.
I can't wait to see this one because so many people have told me I look like Rapunzel with my exceptionally long hair!

This is a Disney release? I've only hear of them working on The Frog Princess and Toy Story 3.

I heard of them working on Toy Story 3, but none of the other movies. That is weird that I didn't know, but all the movies sound interesting.

Its a animated/live action movie, as Rapunzel is cast into the "real world", and Rapunzel is played by Amy Adams, who is very hott in my book!!

Also, according to IMDb, the voice of Rapunzel is Kristin Chenoweth. I love her singing!

My guess is that they took so many liberties with the story that they felt they had to change the name.
Just like James Cameron decided to change his movie from "Pocahontas" to "Avatar".
