I was standing in line for the monorail last visit, had my wife and two friends along with us. In front of us was a family from out of town, I could tell by their team colors (I think it was green and gold i.e. Green Bay.) So anyway, we're looking down the track to see if we can spot the next monorail. The father of the group in front of us says rather cockily "the train comes from that direction!" Since it had been ages since riding the EPCOT monorail, I was looking the wrong direction. No matter, I said thanks and carried on with my friends. A moment later, the guy speaks up again, noticing my Buccaneers t-shirt and says "oh, you're from Tampa, that explains it," refering to my directional faux pas from a moment ago. I laughed it off and returned talking to my party, all the while thinking to myself, "what a jackass." I'm a nice guy, and although I'm plenty big enough to take care of myself, I don't normally cause trouble where it can be avoided. The train was approaching, and I walked up to the attendent and asked about the front cab, as I had always rode in the front when I was a kid, luckily it was unspoken for. The train pulled up, and sure enough, the jackass in front of us stops the line and asks to ride in the front. The attendent pointed to my party and said, "sorry, they asked first." With a smug grin, I walked past the now frustrated man and his family knowing that I got the last laugh indeed!

You know you're a Disney fanatic when....

- you go on a behind the scenes tour and you know stuff the guide doesn't know

- you're planning you're next trip as you're driving away from the parks

most of all - when you spend your free time in disney chat rooms and listening to theme park music!

You know you're a Disney fanatic when....

....you've got alternating mouse ears for every day of the week.

....you find yourself getting angry when people mistakenly call the Magic Kingdom "Disney World."

.... you actually remember AND enjoy listening to "If you had wings."

When:

.... You have Disney Characters from Cereal boxes on your monitor

.... Your Co-Workers know that they must be happy to enter your Office

.... Your kids hate the old Disney cartoons because that’s all they can watch

I'm trying that’s the best I can do.

...you book a $4000 cruise over a year in advance because it's a Disney ship

...you propose to your girlfriend on a pirate ship flying over London (Peter Pan's Flight)

...you name the tables at your wedding reception after Disneyland rides/attractions

...you listen to Disney Theme Park Audio & Music (I know, Sub's way trumps that)

...when you have old pieces of the Snow White attraction from when it was being torn down for rehab.

...when you have a bus magnet that measures 1.5 x 2 feet on your fridge that means the bus is going to Pleasure Island.

...and yes I drove 2 hours in traffic each way for 3.5 years to work there.

You are saving every penny you can to do a vow renewal at WDW, complete with Mickey at the reception and a photo shoot at the castle before the park opens!
