O.K. recently my family and I asked at a family bbq what is your favorite disney movie of all time? The answers were neat to hear. So I thought I would have fun asking all of you. I'll go first. Mine is Mary Poppins I love the music the dancing. This movie just makes me feel good we all need a Mary Poppins in our life. I mean her sweet charm and ability to make cool things happen no matter what she can make the whole day better.

Well let's have it whats yours and why?

I have to say... hmm :? I can't put a best or worst label on a Disney film, that would be too hard for me. But one I always personally enjoyed is The Lion King. I was only 4 when it came out and I WAS OBSESSED!!!

My favorite Movie probably of all time not just Disney is the first Pirates Movie. Reason being I love the ride, I love the acting, and I love the Action.

My favorite Disney Animated Movie is Aladdin.

Tron. I can honeslty say as a child the first time I saw that movie it changed my life. It gave me a great interest in computers and technology and really was a catalyst that set me on my career path.

I'm still waiting to battle the MCP on the game grid.

Second favorite would have to be the original 20,000 leagues under the sea! Kirk Douglas ruled!

I'm also going ot go out on a limb and say that my favorite Disney Animated movie is Atlantis. What a great action flick.

you can battle the MCP and play the game grid in Kingdom Hearts II.

My favorite Disney Movie would probably have to be Aladdin. Gotta love Robin Williams as the Genie. a close second place would go to the original PotC movie.

"Classic" Animated: Peter Pan. I love Captain Hook and Smee, Peter is such an awesome smartass, the storyline is great. Close second for Pinocchio

"Modern" Animated: Aladdin. The Genie and Iago are GREAT characters! Close second for The Lion King.

Live-action: Swiss Family Robinson... I ADORED this film as a child... basically worshipped it. Not sure about the new version they're releasing in 2007, but we'll see. Close second for Curse of the Black Pearl.

Favorite animated Disney film would have to be Lion King or Beauty and the Beast- I can never decide between those two.

But my favorite Disney film ever in life would have to be Mary Poppins. Great songs like Feed The Birds and Chim Chim Cher-ee. :D

I can never decide which one i love more Robin Hood or The Lion King. Robin Hood is a classic, but I truely think that Lion King was the last great animated disney movie. I've liked movies since then, Hercules, and Brother Bear to name a few, but they just didn't have the same magic.

The Lion King was definitely the end of an era... especially when you consider the films released prior to it (Aladdin, Beauty and the Beast, The Little Mermaid) and the fact that the year after Lion King came out, Toy Story came out... beginning a new era.

Now, that's not to say that Pocahontas, Hunchback, Lilo & Stitch, etc, weren't any good... just that they weren't as good as the above films.

I think Pocohontas is still the only animated disney films to be shown in theaters that I have not seen. It just never appealed to me? Am I truely missing a good movie?

Totally agree, although I'd place Tarzan into the Aladdin, B&B, Little Mermaid category - great story, great animation, great songs - it's my favorite modern day animated movie.

Classic for me is probably Jungle Book but just by a hair as I also love Peter Pan.

Live action - Mary Poppins! 8)
