I didn't want to bring it up and get too much attention.
But as of Saturday, I now wear a ring
I'll be gone from 4/9 - 4/21 on my Honeymoon. I hope nothing goes wrong.

Boston, you're gushing.
Sub, best wishes. Where are you honeymooning?
Better yet, what was the funniest thing that happened to you on your wedding day? C'mon, there are always great stories to tell...

Funny from my wedding: My wife put my ring on the wrong hand when she did it. Then when we were walking out and still mic'ed by the videoographer (I hated that part) I asked her about it and he caught the whole conversation that followed on tape, and then left it in our wedding video.
The guy was supposed to be a proffesional but he really sucked and made our wedding video look like a bowling alley video.
Ohh and the best. One of my good friends weddings, I was one of the groomsmen. It was an outdoor wedding.
We all lined up behind the pastor to walk to the pulpet and about halfway there the groom farted rather loudly. The pastor looked back at us with a really strange look and it was about all we could do to keep straight faces.. The video shows us almost cracking up on the entire walk up to the pulpet. It was bad. Hard to keep a straight face the rest of the wedding.

Yah....I love weddings! My favorite movie last year was Wedding Crashers, I can just see Vince Vaughn and Owen Wilson at Subs wedding trying to pick up women...ha ha ha

My mother-in-law invited about 100 people that neither I or my wife knew. So, on the videotape, a bunch of people kept screwing up our names because they didn't even know who we were. The only people we DID know were four sheets to the wind before the wedding even started, and were passed out by the end of the ceremony.

Congrats on the wedding Sub! Just make sure you guys get a pre-nup; we wouldn't want you two to have to fight over the site in court

LOL Boston, it's okay. I haven't seen that movie yet, dying to. LOVE those two.
Add, that's horrid!

Hopefully the flowers covered it up.
Jack, that's awful too. Now I don't feel so bad about doing the can-can at our wedding and my shoe flew off and hit my husband on the face. Yes, caught on tape so every anniversary I can suffer the humiliation all over again.
Sub, anything good happen at yours?

Did I mention that one of my Air Force buddies brought a rutabaga with him as a date to the wedding? Yeah. He found it in a NYC street market stand. He didn't know what it was, but thought that the novelty of it had to be worth the buck. So he bought it, named it Rudy, then took it everywhere to show it all the tourist attractions. He, and it, even wished us good luck on the video. I'm not really sure what happened to it after that, but I decided not to ask.

These stories are some of the main reasons why I'm going to JOP my wedding. Less guests equals less chance for witnesses LOL
