Movies, TV, music, and more. Here's the place to talk about anything Disney outside of the parks.

Pics...

Post by AlexLoup » Jan Fri 13, 2006 11:02 pm

I know this would be done under each indvidual park but...

I know some of us has pictures from the parks... actually alot of us. Now under the Disneyland section I have put up old pics (1956). But I would like to see the other parks and I am sure some of you would like to see them too.

So here's the deal,

if it's okay with Sub, you can post pics here, it can be old it can be new, but it has to be of the parks or the Cruise, (understand?) Are we good?

I love seeing old pictures, though I don't have any personally. Anything to feel like I'm at DL. Slideshows of pictures with background music works great!

Since I don't want to repeat pics. Go to the DL Section and hit old picture, I have three in there, you just gotta find. And please don't steal.

How do we upload the pics? I'm not that good at this type of thing yet.

I have many of WDW in the early 90's, just before Disney went down hill, but...uh...

You have to "link" to the pictures the same way you do with your avatar.
There's BB code you can use if you use "post reply" button and not the quick reply area.

Here's me as a little kid:

This pic is from one of the Halloween nights in 2005. It was taken from one of the bridges along the waterfront in Liberty Square/fronterland.

Groovy!

Here are a handful of my favorites from my most recent WDW trip (12/05):

From the PotC queue:

The hat never looked so good:

Thinking about framing this one:

My fiancee took this of me:

That tree may be the best thing at AK:

And here's a few from our last trip to Disneyland (09/05)

In the ToT queue at DCA:

Wish we'd stayed here (though, we were at the DL Hotel):

I don't actually care for this ride in the least... but it is pretty at night:

Woah, those are some brilliant colors in those pictures. You must have a nifty camera. The tea cup one is awesome.

Canon Digital Rebel XT... all of these taken with an 18-55mm lens, no filter. It's an 8MP SLR, a totally bitchin' camera... basically the best you can get in the "amateur" camera arena. Retails between $900-$1000 with the kit lens.

Wow! Talk about great photos, the colors are amazing! Very well done. I need to update my computer background at work, with a monster 1600*whatever screen size it is impossible to get good background but I'm inspired to look again!

G2, you can take a look at my Flickr collections... http://www.flickr.com/photos/spaulo/sets/1622354/... I can give you any of those shots in larger than 3000x2000 since they were taken with an 8MP camera. That should help you find a big background!
