I keep the room key cards, park tickets, the Disney soap/shampoo, the bags, park maps, man the list goes on and on.

My weirdest keepsake is a rider switch pass from Indiana Jones and fast pass tickets I did not get to use .....Also I have a cast member reference guide I got from a friend from last year ...I have a few pieces of stationary from the disneyland hotel . I do have a postcard from the disneyland in japan even though i have never been there. A few cast members from Japan came into the park when I worked there and they had a whole bunch of Disneyland Tokyo park postcards and they let me pick one -I have a minnie in a kimono with cherry blossoms-it is cool!!!

My weirdest souvenir is...nothing! I always went with my parents and they always took care of that department. I never went on my own but plan to with my own family a few years from now and plan to stock up on keepsakes.
I remember my favorite souvenir that my parents owned was a Magic Kingdom park guide from 1989. It was my favorite time cause my relatives went along with us. We were running over 20 deep. If I remember correctly, I think it was the year when Mickey's Birthdayland debuted. Maybe I can find that park map online, but I think it may be a long shot. I wonder if my future visits will be as "magical" as that time. I love WDW.

I save the DVC room-card-keys. I use them as bookmarks (I read a lot) and they are always there to remind me of a Disney vacation.
My wife keeps the soaps. They bring back Disney memories every time I smell them.
We do have one strange souvenir. I ask a CM at the "Spoodles" restaurant the origin of the name. She said a spoodle was a utensil used for eating pasta, and GAVE us one of them! It looks like a serving spoon with a depression in the middle for twirling pasta on a fork.
