Just checked Ebay: they're are two there now on ebay - UoE and WoM. One is at $10 and the other is listed at $30 with no bidders.

Ah, well I wont get in a bidding war with you on the 10 dollar one, and yes 30 is really expensive. I guess I will have to check every day for an Imagination one. Thanks, all. cant wait to see if someone here gets one so I can at least see how it looks, hehe.

Well, who knows if they will do this or not...but...
The last D23 event we went to had something we've never seen before. They were actually selling merchandise from throughout the year and then some. There were patches from the 1959 collection (I don't remember which magazine that came with), the "UP all night" event pin, the First Anniversary pin..along with a few others as well as magazine holders and such.
Like I said, I've never seen them do this before, but we have not been to many D23 events, so perhaps this is what they do at the smaller events. We bought a Monorail patch for $5 (since we only got the Subs from the 1959 collection). It's nice to know that they are making some of the merchandise from events available for purchase. I'm hoping to get the Star Tours patch/Boarding Pass. Those were pretty nifty looking...even though we couldn't go to that event. My guess would be that 1) IF there are any left and they choose to sell them, they will go quickly and 2) they will be very expensive!
It would be nice if there was a way to let members NOT in CA or FL purchase some of these items, but I have a feeling that there are very limited quantities and they aren't sure how to handle posting these things for sale. IMHO

So perhaps there will be a way to purchase them down the road...as a set? I don't think so, but individually? Maybe.

That would be pretty incredible to get one of the Star Tours patch/boarding pass! But I really wouldn't think they would distribute them outside of the event. Now that would be a cool item to see on ebay!
I agree with you MmeLeota on D23 showing some love to the members that aren't able to make it to the events. Probably not going to happen though. They probably figure if we are rich enough to shell out that much for a magazine we should be able to travel anywhere we want! Little do they know, paying for the magazine is partly what keeps us from traveling

Distribute? No...purchase? Maybe...if there are extras. Do you know how much $$$ they could make off them? but with that event, there was a set number of people attending, so logically, there shouldn't really be too many extras. A few maybe for staffers and posterity purposes...
