you know, without all the atmosphere, it looks just like a regular house, not scary at all. And good luck getting that price! Although Duluth's proximity to Atlanta is a plus. I prefer the upstate NY look of the WDW mansion too (and I'm a southerner!)

I'm with you on that one! I love to Up State New York look!! The only real problem with living in Duluth (Been there done that) is the glory of Atlanta traffic. It can take two hours to get to work in the morning!!
