But I'd settle for a classic Camaro... or a Goat... or....

Actually, my first dream has always been to have a '70 Buick GSX convertible. Ah, to dream....

25mpg is great, do you have a V6? B/c I only get feet per gallon on my Stang! She's a V8 with some mods. Maybe if I left my lead shoes at home too, that might help!northernmousefan2007 wrote:I love my convertible mustang! It's not very practical, just loads of fun. It has enough room in the trunk for a week long road trip for two and gets 25 mpg, that's all I need out of her anyway.
I remember the Celica, I used to love those cars! Toyota used to make a great product, I don't know how great they are now?! My mom has a 2000 4Runner, it's in fantastic condition and still running great!mindflipper wrote:My favorite car to date was the Toyota Celica. Such a shame Toyota killed it off...
I was thinking about getting a new car in 2012. Maybe the new mustang that's out...![]()

Who's going to post a pic. of their car first? And yes, Len, what is the "X"???
Actually, today there is. The car is in the shop with a busted lock in the driver's side door. The lock is jammed, so the door will not open at all. Discovered it that way when I left work yesterday, and had to get in the driver's seat from the passenger's side.boilerbabe wrote:There's nothing wrong with a Camry mindflipper!

Ah geez, here's hoping they will fix your car in a timely manner!!! Cars are such a pain when they're not cooperating! The Turd is currently leaking something all over our driveway *sigh* we just have to figure out what that is?! Now our driveway is stained, this drives me insane! (Pun intended)mindflipper wrote:Since it was so late in the day yesterday, it was impossible to get an appointment to get it fixed at the service center today. So the "walk ins" get second priority after the appointments, so I am still waiting to hear something....
I was thinking something with Lexus...boilerbabe wrote:There is alot of lead in my shoes!!!I don't do alot of highway driving and she's terrible around town, I'm lucky if I get 11mpg. She likes premium too, a little better gas mileage with that.
There's nothing wrong with a Camry mindflipper! And maybe Len referring to a BMW??? That's the only "X" I can't think of?! X3 or X5???
I had a VW Polo that did that to me, VW wanted wait for it ...................£320 to fix it. Joe bought the parts from the VW garage for £15 and fixed it himself, all done inside an hour.mindflipper wrote:Actually, today there is. I had hoped to wash my bad boy before taking a pic of my new decal and posting it, but I realized that if I don't do it now, I may never get it done. So please pardon the layer of dirt. And now, as promised, here is my bad-a** 4x4 with a pink Mickey 5K decal... and I'm proud of it. I've already had a couple of compliments....![]()
