DW found him a shirt that has something to do with a pumpkin that I know he will wear at some point. I am not sure if we have him an actual costume yet as we want to make sure whatever we get will fit him. Disney does make a onesie that looks like Mike Wazowski that we may get for him if all else fails.

Oh that onesie is cute! Yeah you never know with sizing stuff. I haven't got my youngest's yet. She's almost 2 and loves Donald Duck. I wish I could find that costume!

she'd look adorable as donald too!!!

The plan right now is for DS to dress up as Mickey...as seen in this picture from a few weeks back. That may change...but it's the plan as of right now.

The plan will have to change quick if he has a growth spurt and can't fit into his Mickey costume right?!

Yes...we are in 6-9 month clothes now. He'll be 6 months old in 8 days. Growing like a weed would be putting it mildly.

We have some family at WDW right now, and are going to MNSSHP tonight. Needless to say we are jealous.

I've never seen that kind of outfit for babies before. That is too cute!

They are really cute. My son is 9 and he really likes his. His is a different design. I absolutely love the idea.

Still adorable! You have some really exciting times ahead of you. The first six months of a baby's life are fun, but they don't change much - that you can see, anyway. But 6 months to 18 months, they learn to sit up, then crawl, then walk, then run, then LOOK OUT!

They start babbling, then babbling sounds that sound like words, then words, then sentences! They also somehow learn how to test their parents.
I know you said "no" Dad, but did you really mean it?
Such precious times. Mine are 14 yrs and 17 yrs now... and while it's fun, the major leaps and bounds in growth and development are unparalleled as that 6 - 18 months. HAVE FUN!

A little delayed in posting the picture this week.
26 weeks old on 10/15/2012
The next day (10/16) DS turned 6 months old. At his checkup we found out he is 75% on his weight and 100% on his height. He is technically off the charts on height...which DW and I already figured because at 6 months old we are in 9 month clothes only because he's so tall. So he has baggy clothes...but they fit lengthwise.
Maybe this will be a good thing down the road and he'll be able to ride Splash Mountain a little earlier than expected.

He really does look like he is a big boy ~ and cute as a button!

Splash Mountain a little early indeed!

I think that might qualify for the You know you're a WDW nut too ~ when you are excited your son is tall for his age so he can go on the bigger rides sooner

It's amazing how a 6 month old can be so excited about Mickey Mouse.

It probably helps a lot that his parents are pretty excited about Mickey as well
