Wow I'm having Disney movie flashbacks! I remember a lot of those, but mostly just certain scenes. My favorite movie would have to be Mary Poppins though. I love "Feed the Birds."

Oh, and "Welcome Home."

Has to be Mary Poppins!!! It's fun. Contains all of the famous Disney formulas in one movie. Star power; Fantasy; Animation; Great soundtrack; and the family is stronger and better off at the end of the movie!

POTC is very well done and entertaining, but it has to come in behind a classic like Mary Poppins.

Pirates of the Caribbean is the one that pops right out of my mind, because I like the ride too. :D And it's true, the music score is great!

POTC Curse of The Black Pearl was a fantastic movie! It made it's way up to one of my all time favorites so easily thanks to everyone in it being just fantastic in their roles. The action was great, the special effects, and it had a storyline that actually was incredibly written!

Just as I thought. "Mary Poppins, practically perfect in every way."

Bert: It's true that Mavis and Sybil have ways that are winning And Prudence and Gwendolyn set your heart spinning Phoebe's delightful, Maude is disarming
Penguins: Janice, Felicia, Lydia.
Bert: Charming Cynthia's dashing, Vivian's sweet Stephanie's smashing, Priscilla a treat.
Penguins: Veronica, Millicent, Agnes, and Jane.
Bert: Convivial company, time and again. Dorcas and Phyllis and Glynis are sorts I'll agree are three jolly good sports But cream of the crop, tip of the top It's Mary Poppins, and there we stop.
Drop another coin in slot and I will tell you more.

I couldn't believe how good the Pirates movie was, but I suppose I'm required to say that 20,000 Leagues is my favorite. One of the most interesting "villains" around, and certainly remarkable for a Disney villain. Not to mention all the incredible tech both onscreen and necessary to make the movie.

I also have to give props to Tron, just for its amazing, groundbreaking visuals. The plot is a bit weak and there's an obvious lack of understanding of the source material, but making it took serious balls and the result was a visual delight. Plus, you know, it's a really fun and entertaining movie in its own right.

Also the music is excellent.

(By the way, the Tron special edition DVD is by far the coolest DVD, in terms of extras, that I've ever seen. If you even sorta like the movie, I highly recommend the DVD just to see how much work went into making it.)

And, while they aren't actually movies, those Davy Crockett shows Walt produced were terrific. Very entertaining, even to today's audiences.
On the surface there is hunger and fear. Men still exercise unjust laws. They fight, tear one another to pieces. A mere few feet beneath the waves their reign ceases, their evil drowns. Here on the ocean floor is the only independence.
