I'm saving this movie for video. For some reason it doesn't interest me. Perhaps because I haven't read the books or that they are using WETA as a selling point.

Don't walk, run to your nearest theater and watch this terrific movie.
Friendships are a blessing. Don't waste it on people who can't appreciate it.

I thought this movie was excellent. I was concerned that they'd do a bad job but I was wrong. We have an old BBC tape of the Lion... and it just wasn't that great. With the advances in animation and technology, they were really able to pull this new version off well. I'd highly recommend it to anyone, and especially to anyone with Christian beliefs.

On a Disneyland related note, I've seen pictures on the web of the Meet and Greet area for Narnia, and it looks great. The White Witch looks VERY similar (at least in the pictures) to the actress in the movie.

I don't know what WETA is, but Sub, the actors in this movie are fabulous. It got a bit long in the tooth when Aslan died, but aside from that, the actors were right on. The White Witch especially had the part down pat, and she was so evil and cold it was scary. I thought it was a great movie, and pretty accurate to the book. I love seeing epic movies like this on the big screen.
