Disney Gets Into The Wedding Ring Business

Movies, TV, music, and more. Here's the place to talk about anything Disney outside of the parks.

The Boardwalk Attic had a LOT of advantages.
1. a Friendship boat ride from the wedding to the reception
2. Great view of the Boardwalk lake, Boardwalk area and Spaceship Earth
3. no need to decorate the Attic (unlike a ballroom)
4. Second floor private area with outdoor balcony too
5. Model aircraft hanging in the corner (sealed the deal for my wife)
6. Its already a private party area (unlike a ballroom)

The Attic is above Jellyrolls. It is a bit secluded, even if it is in the middle of Boardwalk.

Tell your DH I am sorry to have caused all this, but He will thank me after the Vow Renewal.

Very cool, I didn't even think about the Frendship boats! I told DH about this and showed him the pictures, he said jokingly "thanks alot". :D But, he would LOVE a Disney vow renewal too. We regret whole heartedly not having our wedding in Disney. We tried to make up for it by honeymooning there!

Nice pics! That's really cool.

I wasn't wowed by the rings either. I'd rather have a custom ring made with a Mickey head on it. :mickey:

hockeygirl,
Nice pics! That's really cool.
Thanks, hockeygirl. You sound like my wife about that Mickey head ring, she has a toe-ring with a mickey head on it! :)

Wow! Those pics were beautiful! Thanks for sharing them!

As far as the rings go, I'm with the general concensus on this one...they didn't look all that great to me and if I am going to spend that kind of money, it better have the center stone! (they're too flashy for me anyway...I'm a simple gal :) )

Agreed - not seeing what I would want for the amount of money it would cost. Of course I am still waiting for my prince to come too so...
