Thanks! But as big as it is, it's still not big enough! She'll have that thing filled up in no time, with stuff leftover, trust me!NaCler wrote:M-Dude.... that is AWESOME! That thing is HUGE. Really, really nice work there. Your wife is going to go nuts when she sees that!

I've told her to come online and check it out. She said she's gonna try tonight. Can't wait for her reaction!

No, it was not spray paint, it was spray adhesive. Big difference. I'm serious, y'all! Spray paint tends to form clouds and spread all over the place. This adhesive, by comparison, is very heavy and settles right where you spray it... no overspray. Believe me, I checked that out carefully before doing it.

And no, there are no holes in your table...

Glad you like it, sweetie!

Actually, M-dude has ensured that Grandmother's antique curio won't be falling over any time soon ~ and all the little knick-knacks on top are securely fastened in case Texas ever gets hit by a really big earthquakeMmeLeota wrote:Hello Mouseoholic!!! Thank you so much! It really is hard work, and it's nice to see that others appreciate it.

Actually, a lot of what goes wrong or gets damaged around here can be pinned... legitimately... on the cats!MmeLeota wrote:It was the cat, wasn't it??? sneaky, sneaky

Guess what, guys! I decided to go ahead and put mounting brackets on the shadowbox and hang it up on the wall! It just seems to be the safest thing to do with it right now... after all, I can't just leave it lying around in the way like it has been for all these months! So I went looking for appropriate brackets, and didn't like anything I found. So.... you guessed it.... I'm going to "McGyver" my own! Stay tuned for another episode soon... maybe even tonight!
