DW and I have been coming back to the name "Ellie" for a while now. Once we saw what our little Weim looked like...we realized she looked just like a baby elephant with big ears. We couldn't name her "Dumbo" since she's a girl...but "Ellie" sounded about right since she looks like an ELE-phant. Then...on my lunch break I find "UP" on TV and start watching it.
Ellie
We have our Disney name. How much sweeter can you get than Ellie Fredricksen...Carl's wife? She was adventurous and she was the one who pushed him to follow up on their dream. It's a sign...and something we can tell children one day when they are (born and) old enough to watch UP and Ellie is their best friend.

Ellie, I love it!!!
Going back a few posts...you're too much M-dude!
I also loved on Back to the Future he named all of his dogs after scientists, DH and I always found that humerous!

Yep! Definitely an Ellie! Love those blue eyes!
Yeah, the paws are the indicator: she's going to be big.
