Oooh, I love Hilton Head! I highly recommend renting bikes and taking the easy trail to the ocean. There is an official Disney beach house there - adorable! The food is delicious and there's a pool if the ocean is a bit too chilly for you.
There are all sorts of games on property - the usual shuffleboard, horseshoes and other camp type favorites. It looked like there were lots of kids activities too, not to mention just exploring the grounds.
Gee, now you've got me wishing I could walk along the beach and enjoy the Spanish moss covered trees...

Drop another coin in slot and I will tell you more.

Don't miss the Dolphin Cruise! Sign up for it at the same place you rent bikes. That has been a high point in both trips to Hilton Head for our family. My DW even got a "close-up" picture of a dolphin, only 4 to 5 feet from the boat!
Last summer the cast members also had a "tie-dye" t-shirt class. We enjoyed the first day so much we returned for the second.
Some great restaurants are nearby. Our family loves Guiseppi's (pizza and italian) and Crazy Crab (seafood - but not so nearby).
There was also a sand sculpting class that I did last year. It was more of a family activity (I had to dig fast by myself!) but lots of fun.
There is a weekly activity paper, available at the front desk, which lists locations and times of all the Disney activities. The town also has a one-night-a-week festival, just a short walk over the bridge, with crafts and local entertainment.
