I believe I recall seeing that when I saw it on BluRay over the summer when I watched all three of them within a week. I will definitely go back and check it out next week when I have a free moment.

The official title for POTC4 will be "Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides" and there's no guarantee it will take off where the last film ended with the search for the Fountain of Youth. Y'know Hollywood, what's a good idea one moment can be replaced with a totally different new idea.

Yes, BluRay is the clincher. At the end of the movie, after Barbosa sees the hole in the map and freaks out, you then see Jack sailing away in a skiff with the missing piece, which shows the location of the fountain of youth. Then the credits roll, and after the credits you see the screen go dark, then it lights up again with the words "ten years later" and you then see Elizabeth with her son standing on the bluff looking out to sea, and then you see Will on the Dutchman sailing toward shore.
