Who will be Mickey's next voice?

It's been a little while since our beloved Wayne Allwine passed away...and I was wondering if anyone knew who would be replacing him? I assume they can't keep Mickey Mouse Clubhouse on hiatus too much longer since it is a great show that younger kids love.

I wonder how the next Mickey will be chosen. Will there be interviews/auditions, or (like in the past) someone points to a current Disney employee and says "you're Mickey"?

I would guess to keep some continuity of the sound of his voice, they'd have auditions? He's always sounded at least kinda the same... sorta. Though I suppose it's possible they have someone else in their stable of voice actors who can already mimic the sound well enough.

I Googled it and didn't find any information - although I'm sure Disney is looking. They'll probably hold auditions or it will be somebody who's done it in the past when Wayne Allwine couldn't.

They'll find somebody. That voice isn't too hard to do.

I wonder if the pay-grade is any different since it's Mickey? Doubt it, but I guess just being the voice is a pretty darn good thing.

Wouldn't it be cool to tell your friends, "I'm the voice of Mickey Mouse!"?
