Me my wife AND....wait for it.... NaCler are headed to Disneyland to run the half marathon.
Another chapter in the "Brother from another Mother" saga will be written at the end of August.

We "have been dying" to share this news, but didn't want to jinx it until it was official. Well...it's official. Coast to Coast here we come!

I have been before but it was about 15 years ago. I've never done California Adventure.
H talked me into this one so, now I just need to talk him into the Full in January again.

I have never been there. Mary went once when she was a little girl.
I am very excited to see DL and also run for a coast to coast medal with my wife and brother.
7 months away!!!

Oh, I think you will love DCA! And if he is dragging you
all the way across the country, the least he can do is run the full again

So cool ~ your first DL trip and your first coast to coast! That is awesome!
How long will you guys be staying. You really need a full 3 days at the very least for the parks. 4 is better as I'm assuming they will be more crowded than usual with the marathon in progress.

We arent sure yet---we have only just begun to talk about planning some things.
We are staying with friends that live there, so some of our time will be spent with them, plus the run and associated recovery (read as: beer

) so we will see.
Its going to be exciting for me--I am the only one who hasnt been there of the whole crew.

Congrats on going for the coast to coast. It looks like such a cool medal. I'm going to need to do that someday. Plan a year and just go, do the Dopey and follow up with the DL Half. Definitely post pics.
Please keep your arms and legs inside the vehicle until the ride comes to a full and complete stop. Thank you, and enjoy the rest of your day here at Walt Disney World.
