Back from our Oct 2013 Anniversary trip...
Got some pics and videos online: http://dbeedle.com/Photos/Dis-Oct2013
Hit the Be Or Guest restaurant (very good) and the newly redone California Grill (excellent, possibly our new fav) as well as Monsieur Paul (former Bistro de Paris and one of our favorites, perhaps former favorite). It was still OK but not outstanding. We finished at the Yachtsman Steakhouse (top notch). Food and Wine was also on and we had lunch and dinner there one day.
Any foodie should give F&W a try. We tried a number of the dishes and all are good, many are great! We're not big on the drin(in around the world thing but there really those that get into that. We did our F&W during the day and the middle of the week. We walked through Epcot after the Yachtsman and it's quite a different atmosphere in the evening/weekend. During the day it was pretty relaxed and easy to get around. It was really crowded in the evening with a lot of partiers. Too noisy and crowded for our liking but if you want some party time at the World this would be just the thing.
Other high points; we got wetter than ever on Splash and on Kali this trip and the Boo To You Parade was great as usual (we hit the late show (and took video of the whole thing). It was a little buyer and warmer than we hoped but overall a wonderful time.

Awesome! You have me pumped up (even more) for F&W.

One is easy, the fisherman's pie at the Ireland booth in the UK. We also really liked the shrimp and the ribeye tacos at the Mexico booth too. But the Schinken Nudel at Germany and the Ravioli at Italy not to mention the Perogi at Poland and the empanada at Argentina...all very tasty! Oh and New Zealand had venison sausage. Anyway, hard to pick just two!wewantsdaredhead wrote:Awesome! You have me pumped up (even more) for F&W.
