I always wondered about bringing stuff past TSA, because their rules are mostly based on your skin color and vary from airport to airport, how do they fall with filled items like pastries?

The only thing TSA in Indy won't allow is beverages. I bought a naked burrito from Qdoba before going through security and they were fine with that. I don't know how they would have responded to a regular one wrapped in aluminum foil, but then again I could just show my receipt to prove I had just bought it.Wizzard419 wrote:I always wondered about bringing stuff past TSA, because their rules are mostly based on your skin color and vary from airport to airport, how do they fall with filled items like pastries?
Only harassment they gave me was "where's mine?" Of course, Indy isn't exactly a bustling hub.

They are very weird, depending on the location, some have major problems with things like frosting (such as the las vegas cupcake incident that was in the news) and some don't care. When I fly commercial from the SF office I always check the food items I bring back because I would hate to have to throw them away/give them to the sweater vest clad TSA.

Gosh Amy I hadn't thought of that! My extent was like Mickey or princess, etc. I like your thinking! We were thinking of paint colors like a blue, and then it hit me last night the perfect blue would be the blue color of the (now replaced) shampoo/condition bottles! Perfect! Now I just have to match it up.Amy wrote:Cool! I can hear your visitors now, "When we visit, can we stay in Tomorrowland?"mjmcsl4me wrote:Thanks Amy!
