I'm trying to log into the passholder section of the WDW site using my exchange certificate. It keeps giving me an error message: "W01040112049".

My exchange certificate doesn't match either of the examples on the page. In the bottom right corner of the certificate, I have the following code (with general numbers inserted for the real ones):

WDW:123 MM/DD/YYYY 1234

I e-mailed the help desk at Disney and got a response that didn't help at all (this is the second time I've e-mailed for help and received a response that sounds like they never read the original e-mail). Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!

Are you close to the parks and can just exchange it at guest relations?? That's a chunk of what I do all day.

Have you called the passholder information line directly? Speaking to a live person might help.
