I'm not sure if the board can support it, but I know you can embed a google calendar into posts on other boards, I'd bet that can be done here too. If we created a shared google calendar and stickyed the thread we could always have the calendar embedded right at the top in the first post.

hmm I'll have to talk to some of the admins about doing that. I personally think it could be done even if it is linked through a thread to a google calendar. My feeling is that anything done would be best if placed in the Club 33 to allow only registered and logged on users the ability to view it.
